Terms & Conditions of Returns

At Mauryas we try our best to deliver you the best quality products and shopping experience. However, scale of operations, sometimes lead to a few exceptional cases. If for any reason you do not find the product delivered to you up to your satisfaction please contact our Customer Service Team for an appropriate resolution.

We take returns up to 15 days from Invoice Date in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Almost all items are returnable except that are made-to-order.
  • Any order discrepancies and product damages resulting from delivery must be informed within 3 working days.
  • The refund amount will be the paid amount for an item plus the shipping charge for returning the item.
  • Please make sure that seals are whole for all items. Item must be unused and the original invoice including all chords, warranty cards etc. must also be returned. Any free gift received while purchasing the product during a promotion must also be returned. 

Return Process

  • You can call our Customer Service Team on 000-000000 or email us on info@mauryas.in. Mention your order number and the details of the item to be returned in the email.
  • You will receive an email from us with attached Returns Declaration Form . Please fill the same, and paste the printed form on the package that you want to return.
  • Please pack the unused item with the original Invoice, accessories, tags, boxes, bags, and stickers.
  • Securely pack the item with the address label and the shipping declaration form pasted on the package. Courier using good courier service which offers tracking of the shipment. We hold the rights to deny the refund if the item is not received in a good condition.
  • Send us an email mentioning the tracking details (Airway Bill Number and Courier Name) and your bank details (Account Name, Account Number, Account Type, Bank name, Branch Name and IFSC Code) for repayment of the Shipping charges.
  • The received items will be checked by our quality control team. A refund will be approved or rejected based on these quality checks and you will be informed on the status of your refund by our Customer Service team.

Refund Process & Timelines

  • All reimbursement processed are credited through the original mode of payment.
  • Like, payments through credit card will be reversed & reflect on your credit card statement and money originally paid by bank transfer will be transferred back to the same bank account. You will find the refunds under the name of “Mauryas Pvt Ltd”.
  • We will send you an email once the refund is initiated by us.
  • From then it takes the banks and the payment gateway around 7 to 10 working days to credit the refund to your account.
  • Refunds will reveal on your bank account or credit card statement under the name of “Mauryas Pvt Ltd”.

Cancellation Policy

  • We attempt to process and ship orders the same day as received if placed prior to 12:00pm IST. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed. If order cannot be cancelled, please follow the procedure as our return policy says, when you receive the item.
